Payment is required immediately upon purchase. PayPal is the preferred payment method.

For safety reasons, our usual same day handling time has been extended to 2-3 days. USPS has also been experiencing delays, and often tracking does not update for shipments until they have arrived at your local post office or are out for delivery. Unfortunately we have seen some packages take over two weeks to be delivered, though most do show up on time. Thank you for your patience during this challenging time!

We will happily accept returns of any unopened, unused products.

Tamperproofing is applied to our merchandise before being shipped to our buyers. This adds a safeguard for your safety. We may apply security labels with serial numbers to identify your item, tamperproofing tape, or other safeguarding techniques which will never affect the performance of your product. Any residue from labelling or tamperproofing is easily removed with a cloth and/or rubbing alcohol. We photograph and document your items in their intact, quality assured state and keep the documentation on file indefinitely. We can always assure you that your item will be shipped in the most secure possible way, with added safety features as mentioned above, and we guarantee that our packaging is done with great care and thoughtfulness.

Any returns should include every seal being 100% intact, or the buyer should not receive a refund.
